LeanLogix is a real model studio with a working registry and fine-tuned models, not a slide deck. It is also early: we show what is proven today and what the architecture is built to produce, and we never print a badge the registry cannot back. Built by LockedIn Labs' forward-deployed engineers — model-agnostic by design, multi-model by practice across Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini, chosen per workload.

The honest framing is the point. LeanLogix names exactly what is proven and what is still in progress, so readers never have to guess whether a claim is a fact or an intention.
What LeanLogix is
An early but real model studio: a working registry, fine-tuned models trained on open foundations, hard-benchmark eval runs, and a release discipline where the reviewer is never the trainer. Evidence is produced by the pipeline as a model moves, not assembled after the fact.
What we do not yet claim
No third-party-audited benchmarks, no named customer deployments, and no externally verified compliance certifications yet. A model reads "signed" only once its artifact is stored and hashed — the registry shows the working state, never a badge it cannot back.
